I have already done my weekly shop, I did it on Friday and I am so glad as the entire weekend has been taken up dealing with a house of illness. We are bidding it goodbye so this week will be about trying to boost our immune systems. As I've already done the shopping we need to work within this, might head to Costco to get me a juicer & start with healthy juices, but we'll see.
Monday – spaghetti bolognese with loads of garlic
Tuesday – kedgeree with wholemeal rice
Wednesday – baked potatoes with smoked mackerel & salad
Thursday – tandoori haddock bites courtesy of Sarah from Follow My Line
Friday – pan fried hake with spinach & potatoes
Saturday – as I had Bubbles dominating my attention over the weekend last weekend, we didn't make our gammon in cola so we'll give it a go this week.
Sunday – we are going to try a roast chicken as done in the slow cooker by Annie at Justannieqpr

I get my fish from Delish Fish, they deliver fresh fish direct to your door in individual portions. Mediocre Mum has an obsession with her slow cooker, there are some amazing ideas over there as well as some conversions for recipes with is the first time I've seen this done & extremely useful.
